Registration is required
Payment in Full In Advance Or At Event
Early Bird Member Price
Members: $350 early bird, $400 after Sept 30
Non-Members: $400 early bird, $450 after Sept 30
Full Conference includes Lunch Tuesday, Breakfast/Lunch/Ober Reception Dinner Wednesday and Breakfast Thursday.
1-day: $275 (must specify date of attendance, does not include dinner reception)
Speaker Full Conference Price: $275 includes dinner reception
Guest for Dinner Reception: $85
Payments must be made before the event or let Charlene know if you plan on paying in person at the event.
Refund deadline is October 1, 2026 (includes tour and conference).
If you are still registered October 2, 2026 and cannot attend payments still need to be made.
Refund Policy: We do not charge fees for credit card payments, but fees will be deleted from refunds.
Registration modifications are permitted until Friday, October 30, 2026 at 6:00 PM
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
