About this event
Speaker: Christine Guy-Baker
Tennessee’s Rule establishing requirements for water quality treatment volume (WQTV) based on runoff from the 1-year, 24-hour design storm has been implemented by MS4’s across the state. As the dust settles, designers and municipalities are left to determine how stormwater control measures (SCMs) should be implemented to meet the regulations. This presentation will discuss how MS4s and designers can work together to ensure compliance with the MS4 permit requirements and what the design challenges are occurring across the state.
